I'm a Texan, born in the Houston area and raised in LaMarque. I became an IBC in 1976 and have always lived in Galveston's beautiful East End Historical District. I received a Bachelor of Music degree from Texas A&I University, Kingsville and two masters degrees, one in music ( University of Houston ) and the other in school administration ( U of H - Clear Lake ). My entire 31 years of teaching choral music was in Galveston, twenty-three as director at Ball High School.
